Our sitting services are tailored to suit your pet, home & business needs.  You may wish to combine various services in the arrangements with us.  Some services will require a payment or other contra arrangement.  Terms are negotiated prior to parties confirming a sit and an agreement is then signed.  A documented agreement ensures piece of mind for you, the owner.  Once this is in place you can focus on what is important.  ​Your holiday! 
  1. Total House & Pet Sitting
    We stay in your home and become you. We love and nurture your pets, caring for your home as if it were our own
  2. Business Management Services
    A professional service for business owners. We take on all managerial requirements on your behalf, including management of any staff. We ensure your business continues to run smoothly and efficiently while you are on vacation.
  3. Doggy Day Care & Walking Services
    Many pet owners use our day care services. If you work or have a commitment that will keep you away for a long duration this service will ensure your pets needs are still met during your absence.
  4. In House Pet & Property Care
    For various reasons some owners prefer their pets to remain home or have specific home maintenance needs while they are away. We will visit your home daily, or as required, carrying out tasks on your behalf.
  5. Pet Grooming (Non Professional)
    We offer this to all clients with house sitting or doggy day care. Pets can be bathed, dried and trimmed during there stays with us.
  6. Property Maintenance Outside
    Outside work is often labour intensive and many home owners can not find the time between work and home to complete them. We can take on those handyman jobs for you, either while you are away, or at home.
  7. Property Maintenance Inside
    Many home owners have jobs that should of been yesterday! We can complete those jobs for you while you are on vacation or when you are at home. You may not have the time or physical ability to complete these jobs. We can do it for you.
  8. Other Negotiated Services
    It is the small things that count! Many clients have personal commitments they wish to keep, even when going on holiday. We can ensure piece of mind for you and carry out commitments on your behalf.

Total House & Pet Sitting  - This service is usually free of charge with a standard pet & house sit job.  The exchange of free accommodation and utilities (sometimes also the use of a vehicle) is the contra between both parties.  Standard house & pet sit responsibilities  include all domestic animal care, lawn and garden maintenance & domestic cleaning for town sized houses and properties.  Larger properties may require further negotiation and contra.

Pet Grooming (Non Professional) - This service is offered free of charge with House Sits and Doggy Day Care Services.  It is a non professional service and generally includes, bathing, drying and face trimming.  Owners are required to provide prior consent and supply specialized soaps when and if required.

Doggy Day Care & Walking Services - This is always included in our house sits and is of course free of charge.  However, when we are not travelling we have clients that use our Day Care and Walking Services.  Charges are dependant on how many visits/walks are required.  You can request these daily charges from us via the email link on this website.

In House Pet & Property Care - We offer this service to clients with or without pets.  Clients who may  wish to keep their pets in their own homes, this usually caters to people who are away for periods of up to 7 days.  We will visit your pet/s daily, walk them, feed them and spend time with them in your own home and around your property.  We will water house plants, garden and lawns and oversee property security.  Other services can also be supplied on request. If you have no pets and just wish for property maintenance and security this can also be provided.  These services have a daily charge and is based on the requirements of each job.  You can email us for a quote based on your required services.
​Property Maintenance Outside - This service covers labour outside the home, painting, landscaping, pruning, planting, security and general handyman jobs.  it covers work outside free House Sitting agreements.  Some owners make arrangements with us to complete work at their properties during a house sit and payment or a fair contra arrangement is agreed.   Other home owners who do not require a house sit will just contract our maintenance services.  The size of the job/task involved will determine costs.  Email us outlining your requirements and we will provide you a quote  or contra for services.  You are more than welcome to propose the contra arrangement.

Property Maintenance Inside - This service covers labour inside the home, painting, tiling, drywall, storage solutions, heavy duty cleaning and general handyman jobs.  it covers work outside free House Sitting agreements.  Some owners make arrangements with us to complete some of these jobs at their property during a house sit, either by payment or a fair contra arrangement.  Home owners who do not require a house sit will just contract our maintenance services.  The size of the job/task involved will determine costs.  Email us outlining your requirements and we will provide you a quote  or contra for services.  You are more than welcome to propose the contra arrangement.

​Business Management Services - We provide a professional business management service for clients.  This is a specialist service and requires consultation and skill mapping to ensure that our clients needs will be met.  When our client is confident that we can provide the management that their business requires we draw up an agreement for our services.  Total House and Pet Sitting is often combined with our Business Management Service.  Charges or contra are almost always applied.  If your a business owner who deserves a much needed break but never feels you can take one, email us and we will get talking.

Other Services - Every family and business owner have specific commitments that may stop them taking a holiday.  This could be dependant parents, partnership ties, club commitments or just looking out for your neighbours.  When we step in to take over from you with your home, business or both, we can also ensure your personal commitments are serviced.  Don't let your good nature stop you taking your holiday.  We can step in for you and more often than not, going this extra mile is free of charge.
